Lumber
Halifax Specialty Hardwoods is proud to stock over 40 domestic and exotic hardwoods as well as select softwoods. Most of our lumber is available in a variety of thicknesses.  All species are stocked as rough lumber with many also offered dressed two sides.  Our onsite mill shop is available for any other custom dressing requirements.

All our hardwoods meet or exceed the national standards set by the NHLA (National Hardwoods Lumber Association).  We stock only SEL/BTR (Select & Better) products. All lumber products sold net tally per board foot (BF).

Plywoods
Halifax Specialty Hardwoods stocks a variety of domestic and marine plywoods, as well as other sheet goods. Exotic plywoods are available
upon request.

Mouldings/Millwork
Halifax Specialty Hardwoods specializes in hardwood mouldings and millwork.   We offer a selection of stock mouldings in a variety of hardwoods.  Profiles stocked include casings, baseboards, chair rails, flush and top mount crowns, quarter rounds and cove mouldings to name a few.

Miscellaneous/Specials
Halifax Specialty Hardwoods offers a variety of miscellaneous items of interest to all woodworkers.  This includes turning blanks, local/native hardwood, veneers etc.
